Meet BRB e tech

1. PLACE AN ORDER

When placing an order should provide the following details:
- A detailed JOB DESCRIPTION outlining the specific role, responsibilities, and requirements for the position. This should include any required qualifications, technical skills, and experience necessary for the job.

-  A TIMELINE for when the position needs to be filled. This will help to understand the urgency of the request and prioritize accordingly.
- BUDGET for the position to ensure that the recruitment company can identify suitable candidates within the budget provided.

2. CHOOSE YOUR CANDIDATE

Within two weeks after placing an Order we provide you at least three suitable candidates, that are qualified to perform tasks described in the Order. You can  rights to organise an additional candidate testing to choose best suitable option from offer.

3. GET JOB DONE

The onboarding process for a new IT recruit nvolves the following steps:

- INTRODUCTION: The new IT recruit will be introduced to their team, colleagues, and managers. They will be given an overview of the project goals and tasks.

- The new recruit will receive an ORIENTATION to familiarize themselves with the company's policies, procedures, and systems. This may include IT systems, security protocols and other relevant information.​

- The new recruit will be provided with a detailed JOB DESCRIPTION outlining their specific job duties and responsibilities. 

- PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: The new recruit will be given an understanding of the company's performance expectations, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and performance goals.​
